Our Custom Process

01 Initial Consultation

We start by meeting at your home to discuss your needs, your timeline, and your investment comfort zone. It’s a no-pressure conversation focused on listening, what’s working, what’s not, and where you want to go. We’ll share initial thoughts on feasibility and help determine if we’re a good fit to work together.

02 Project Scope & Budget Review

Once we understand the general direction of your project, we help build out a realistic scope and budget. We’ll walk you through typical costs and discuss how different decisions affect the bottom line. This gives you clarity and helps align expectations before diving into planning.

03 Planning & Material Selections

We’ll work with you to choose finishes, fixtures, and materials, either through our trusted vendors or your preferred suppliers. If structural changes or layout shifts are involved, we’ll coordinate with draftspeople or engineers as needed. Our team helps tie everything together for a cohesive, well-thought-out design.

04 Transparent Estimating

With your selections and scope in place, we gather real bids from our trade partners. You’ll receive an open-book estimate that breaks down where every dollar goes. Our cost-plus model gives you full visibility, so you can make informed choices without hidden markups.

05 Construction

Once approved, we schedule and begin your project. You’ll receive regular updates and have direct access to our team throughout the build. Our crews are respectful, efficient, and focused on quality, keeping the job site clean and your experience stress-free.

06 Final Walkthrough & Follow-Up

When construction wraps, we walk the project with you to ensure everything meets expectations. Any punch list items are completed promptly, and we provide all warranty documentation. We stay in touch and remain available if anything comes up after move-in.
