Wade Caldwell Construction, led by Warren Richardson, is a full-service remodeling firm serving San Antonio and the Hill Country. Named after his two sons, the company embodies a commitment to excellence and personalized service, where clients are welcomed into the Wade Caldwell family. 

From custom kitchens and luxury bathrooms to whole home renovations and seamless additions, we bring a personal, builder-led approach to every project. With quality craftsmanship and integrity, we leverage the expertise of seasoned subcontractors, many of whom boast over 35 years of experience with Wade Caldwell Construction and our predecessor company combined.

Wade Caldwell Construction was established in September 2021, following an invitation from industry veteran Jean Blount of Radiance Homes. After 37 years of building a strong reputation and loyal client base, Jean sought to ensure the continued service and care of her clients and dedicated subcontractor team. This transition led to a brief partnership, during which Wade Caldwell Construction was introduced to her trusted team and client community.

Carrying forward the legacy and foundation built by Radiance Homes, Wade Caldwell Construction has maintained the same high standards of exceptional service, quality craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.

Today, Wade Caldwell Construction is led by founder and owner Warren Richardson. Warren brings a strong foundation in both the field and business side of residential remodeling. Clients value his clear communication, high standards, and ability to simplify complex decisions, making the remodeling process approachable and transparent. Named in honor of Warren's two sons, the company operates with a family-first approach, welcoming each client into the Wade Caldwell family.
